August 2-4
August 9-11 An evening where you and your guests
will enjoy wonderful wine and cuisine, as well
see an original play and have the opportunity
to guess which actor committed a staged murder!
The 2007 Harwelden Murder Mystery will give audiences
a taste of “The Wrath of Grapes.”
An upper-class Tulsa family in 1937 is preparing
to attend a fashionable party to honor the 30th
anniversary of statehood, when they are visited
by the Grapes, a clan from around Ocheleta, who
claim they possess the deed to Harwelden Mansion.
And they’re ready to move in. It isn’t
long before someone regrets saying this will happen
“over my dead body …”
Original script written by Tulsa World writer
James Watts.
This event has everything planned for you –
a murder mystery play is staged for guests, along
with dinner and drinks, including beer and wine.

past and guests come year-after-year to see the
new play. Best of all, your donation assists the
Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa to continue
its mission of providing quality, educational
arts and related programs to schools and the community.
