The Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa appreciates your support by cooking in the Peoples Choice category. We’ll supply up to four (4) briskets per team, to help cover some of your expenses. All we ask is that you serve bite size samples to the public. Side dishes or desserts are welcome too! NO ALCOHOL PLEASE! Sampling begins around 11:30 am and ends at 2:00 (or sooner if the food runs out). Pick up your briskets when you arrive on Friday July 11th.
